South Korea is a resource poor countries, about 97% of the energy dependence on imported energy shortages and rising oil prices of South Korea’s economic and social development. Energy conservation has become one of South Korea’s most important national strategy. In 2008, South Korea has proposed to “low carbon green growth” as a national strategy in the future, and one of the 9W LED industry is to promote as the key field.
